Production structure
The structure of pipe's manufacture.
The Works has modern mechanized and automated tube-rolled equipment that allows producing the high-quality output with the high-qualified specialists of the stable level in the total volume of 700 thousand ton of pipes of different assortment.
The enterprise produces more than 3 000 of the profiles of the seamless and electrically welded pipes of carbon and low-alloyed steels for different purposes that is water and gas pipes, petroleum supply pipes, pipes for boilers, profiled pipes, precision pipes, sea pipes, bi-metallic pipes for plain bearing and others.
Four principle shops operate in the part of the enterprise.
Seamless tube shop
Includes:
Tube rolling Mill with continuous 8 - stands of rolls and 15 - stands of reducing mill;
Tube rolling mill with stands of longitudinal rolling and 12 - stand mill.
Tube drawing shop - 2
Includes:
6 cold drawing mills and 3 streamed draw benches.
Tube drawing shop - 3
It has 9 mills of cold-rolling mill and 9 draw benches.
Electrically welded shop

The Works has a productional and technical infrastructure insuring the work of the basic shops.
The Works has modern laboratories for making technological tests and control the products quality, diagnostics and ensuring of the circulating cycle and protection of the surroundings.
The specialists of the Works were one of the first who instilled the automatic system of managing by the manufacturing. The computing machinery was entering to usual life of the enterprise. Nowadays, it is decided more than 250 tasks on the base of network system PC of an operative control by the manufacturing, sales and finances, equipment loading, registration and analysis of delivery, shipment and realization of the prepared goods, bookkeeping registration and accounting, managing by the personnel.
